Survey lang.

I have Nikon D80 + 18-70mm lens. I love shooting landscapes and concerts.

Kung ikaw ako, ano ang next mong target sa 2 option?

Option 1: Sigma 10-20 UWA

Option 2: SB800 flash

I can still shoot pa naman landscapes with 18-70mm lens pero bitin.
I can still shoot pa nanan concerts with 50mm 1.8f pero bitin saka hindi sa akin ito. haha

hehehehe.. you can always borrow flash to anyone.. kaso if u shoot landscape na.. badtrip if you dont have UWA.. kase.. once the moment is gone, its gone forever.. sayang naman that spectacular moment na sana maca2pture mo.. hahahaha..
and still model shoot is always available.. concerts is like forever..

so?... wachatink? =P

uwa pards.. pero may nabasa ako yang sigma 10-20mm mas ok sa canon user. dunno.. flash? uhmm hanggang ngayon la ako flash may gusto ko yung tokina ko

never pa ko nakapag model shoot. [pang concert talaga itong flash.

saka walang may flash sa atin eh?

isip isip. 2 months pa naman.

naka experience ako ng tokina eh. may hindi kasi ako gustong effect ng tokina na uwa.

your 18-70mm should be okay for landscapes (set between 18-20mm).
i have the sigma 10-20mm and very seldom i shoot at 10mm focal length due to distortion that i still end up setting it between 15 to 20mm.

for concerts, you will need a fast lens such as 70-200mm f/2.8 which is very expensive. your 18-70mm is short not unless lagi kang nakaupo sa harap ng stage.

i say forget the 10-20mm for the time being and either buy the sb800 or the 70-200mm lense instead : )

70-200mm VR 2.8f is very expensive. forget agad ito. haha! 80-200 2.8f will be my only option if gusto ko ng zoom lens.

17-50mm 2.8f ng tamron is another option kasi kailangan ko din ng wide for concerts.

hirap pumili lalo na pag bitin ang budget. hehe!

still have 1 month to decide pa kung ano kunin ko. :)
